Out of the Box Camping Subscription Box Summer 2019

Subscription boxes come in almost any flavor.  From beauty products to children's gear, I've tried quite a few.  When that box arrives, it's like unwrapping a present for no reason.  This is one of the appeals for me.  Call me silly or childlike, but it's true!  Out of the Box Camping is a subscription box for camping enthusiasts.  This quarterly box contains 6 to 8 camping related items that are practical and fun.  It's a great way to try out new products.  So what arrived in my Summer 2019 box?

The Camp Cooking Mini Book has some good meal prep tips as well as recipes to try.

The included mini-cookbook has meal prep tips and a few recipes.  If you are struggling with campground meals or are in a rut, this little booklet could prove to be helpful.  I think this is a great beginning campers book or for someone that struggles to organize.  Plus it is small and easy to stow away in your camper.  I don't necessarily need a booklet for this, but it is also something that I could pass on to a friend.  Simple Suppers is the company that provided the booklet.  They offer a meal kit subscription service.  I would have looked around at their site a bit more but they have a pop up that you cannot close unless you enter an email address.  This is a deal breaker for me.

These Squish Collapsible mearing spoons and cups are just what I need.  I've been eyeing these for months!

I have been wanting a set of collapsible measuring cups and spoons for a long time.  I have just never bought them for myself.  I was so excited about this item.  I love collapsible camping gear, and these are so practical.  They take up far less space than traditional measuring cups.  Once you start to use collapsible gear, you will appreciate it more and more when you see how much space it saves!

Summer screams for grilled corn on the cob.  Now I'm all set!

Summertime means fresh corn, and it is perfect for grilling at the campground!  These corn on the cob holders are the perfect accessory to stash in your RV.  The next time you see a roadside stand, grab some corn and add it to your meal.  And you can always use these at home too!

These Camp Casual plates are adorable.  These will go right into my new RV kitchen to use!

I have really wanted to try some of these beeswax wraps.  Now I have my own set!

This is another item that I have been wanting for some time.  I really like reusable and eco-friendly products like this.  Use these in place of plastic wrap when you are putting up your leftovers.  You can wash them in cool water and use them over and over!  

I love a fun kitchen towel.  These towels are the best!  My kitchen will be super cute with this accessory!

Life is Better When You're Camping Towel from Primitives by Kathy - valued at $7.99

Fun kitchen towels are my jam both while I'm camping and at home!  This towel is just right to go in your camper to spruce things up.  And if you have too many fun towels, then put it up to give as a gift.  

Gravel Trading Company Coupon - value varies

There was an additional coupon for 50% off of your purchase at Gravel Trading Company.  Select from fun camping and outdoor-inspired tee shirts.  These would make excellent gifts as well as camping clothing to wear on your next adventure.  If you buy two tee shirts, it's like buy one get one free!  I love this deal.  Plus the shirts are printed on Bella Canvas shirts.  These tee shirts are super soft.  I'll definitely be ordering some of these tees for us to wear while camping!

So what is the total value on this box?  Without the value added from the coupons, this box is worth at least $80.92!  That is an awesome deal!  Depending on what you buy, your box with the coupons could be worth well over $125.  I plan to buy a couple of tees and one of those super soft Camp Casual throws with my coupons.  

I think this box is of great value.  I love everything that I got in my box.  Plus, if you get something that you don't think you will use, use it for an upcoming birthday or even stocking stuffer.  I'm a big fan of giving away things you are not going to use that come in a subscription box.  No matter how you use your items, you are going to come out a winner!
