2. Protein Coffee
Getting more protein has never been easier. My go-to on the road? A double shot of espresso over ice in a large cup, paired with a pre-made protein shake. I’m loving Fairlife’s vanilla flavor, but I also whip up my own blends using...
3. Ballerina Farms Farmer Protein Powder
This powder is the real deal! The vanilla bean flavor is my favorite. It’s smooth, delicious, and versatile. I mix it with milk, coffee, or even blend it with fruit for a refreshing smoothie. I also love the cinnamon maple. Some reviewers say it taste like cinnamon toast crunch milk. I would not deny it. This is the best protein powder that I have tried and hands down recommend it over any brand I've tried. Its not chalky and doesn't have a weird after taste. It is pricier than competitors, but it is truly a much better product.

4. Weighted Wrist Bands
Adding resistance to everyday tasks has been so fun! I wear these during walks or while doing chores to increase my heart rate and sneak in a little extra workout. I even pack these and wear them on the treadmill at hotels.

My 2025 project to cook through this vintage book has been something that I have really enjoyed doing with my family! |
6. Learning Something New
Inspired by Martha Stewart’s documentary, I’ve committed to learning something new every day. This year, I’m cooking my way through a 1964 cookbook and sharing the journey along the way. Whether it’s cooking, pickleball, or crafting, learning keeps life exciting.
7. Cottage Cheese
I’m still obsessed with cottage cheese for its versatility and protein punch. Good Culture is my favorite brand. It’s perfect for dips, smoothies, or even as a quick snack. There are tons of recipes online through social media channels that show you creative ways to integrate this ingredient into your diet.
A couple of my staple items with cottage cheese are:
- Morning Breakfast Bowl - layer cottage cheese with frozen fruit of your choice, a sprinkle of protein granola and a little honey or agave for a protein packed breakfast.
- Ranch Dip - Take a container of Good Culture cottage cheese, blend with one packet of dry ranch seasoning and enough pickle juice to bring to the right consistency. You can use this to dip with veggies, quest chips or whatever you enjoy!
8. Longchamp Bag
This bag is everything! It’s stylish, holds all my essentials, and is super practical. I added a velvet organizer to keep it structured. It’s my top splurge recommendation—classic, versatile, and trending! The Longchamp Mini is another trendy choice. Make this is a cross body bag with this additional strap.
9. Bluetooth Headphones
I found these amazing headphones over the holidays: Bluetooth Headphones. They’re budget-friendly, sound incredible, and fit perfectly into my Longchamp bag. Skip the expensive brands and save money with these!
